For every actor & guardian

Confidentiality Promise

A plain-language NDA · Effective June 2026

When you share a script, sides, audition tape, or any other material with Scene to Scene ("the Coach"), you're trusting me with something that often isn't public yet. This page explains, in plain English, how I protect that trust.

1. What I treat as confidential

Anything you upload, email, message, screen-share, or perform during our work together — including scripts, sides, scene breakdowns, character notes, casting context, production names, self-tapes, and our session recordings — is treated as Confidential Material.

2. My promise to you

  • I will not share, post, forward, or publish your Confidential Material.
  • I will not use it to promote myself — no clips, no screenshots, no social posts — without your written permission.
  • I will not discuss the specifics of your project with anyone outside our sessions.
  • I will store uploaded files in a private, access-controlled location and delete them on request.

3. Reasonable limits

This is a working coach's confidentiality promise — not a studio-grade legal NDA. A few common-sense limits apply:

  • It doesn't cover material that is already public, that you've made public, or that I learn from another source without a confidentiality obligation.
  • I may keep the minimum records needed for scheduling, payment, and (for minors) the safety log described in the Minor Participant Terms.
  • If I'm ever legally required to disclose something (court order, child-safety law, etc.), I will comply and, where allowed, let you know.

4. Sessions with minors

Sessions where the actor is under 18 are recorded to the Zoom cloud for child-safety reasons. Those recordings are still Confidential Material under this promise — they are kept private, used only for safety review if needed, and are never shared publicly. Full details are in the Minor Participant Terms.

5. How long this lasts

This promise applies from the moment you share material with me and continues for as long as that material is still sensitive — typically until the project is publicly released or you tell me it's okay to discuss.

6. Asking me to delete material

You (or, for a minor, the guardian) can ask me to delete uploaded scripts and files at any time by emailing info@scenetoscene.com. I'll confirm deletion in writing.

7. Good faith

This NDA is written to be reassuring, not heavy. It's a good-faith commitment between working professionals (and the families of young actors). If your representation, studio, or production needs a specific NDA signed instead, I'm happy to review and sign a reasonable one — just send it to info@scenetoscene.com.

By booking a session and uploading material, you accept this Confidentiality Promise. For minors, the parent or legal guardian accepts on the actor's behalf.
