Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By booking a session, submitting a tape or package for review, or otherwise using scenetoscene.com, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, and — where applicable — our Minor Participant Terms and Confidentiality Promise. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 to book on your own behalf. Anyone under 18 must be booked by a parent or legal guardian under the Minor Participant Terms.
3. Services & pricing
- Scene Breakdown and Audition Prep: $75 per hour.
- Rush sessions (booked within 12 hours, or 6 hours for members): $100. Members pay a $25 rush surcharge.
- Sunday emergency sessions: $100.
- Weekly Membership: Core Weekly (4 sessions/month) at $225/month, or Intensive (8 sessions/month) at $400/month. Both include priority scheduling and one free self-tape review per month.
- Self-Tape Review: $20 (one per month free for members).
- Actor's Package Review: $60.
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change for future bookings.
4. Booking & confirmation
Bookings start in a requested state. Your slot is not held until we confirm it. We will email you when the slot is confirmed or declined. Payment instructions (Zelle) are only sent after we confirm.
5. Payment
Payment is by Zelle to frankacts@gmail.com. The session is not booked until payment is received. Memberships are billed monthly via Zelle in advance.
6. Cancellations & refunds
See our Refund Policy. Coaching is a professional service and outcomes vary; no specific casting, callback, or career result is guaranteed.
7. Acceptable use
- Treat the coach and other participants with respect. Harassment, hate speech, threats, and discriminatory conduct end the session without refund.
- Do not record sessions without written permission. (Sessions with minors are recorded by the coach for safety; see Minor Terms.)
- Do not submit material you do not have the right to share, and do not submit illegal content or sexually explicit content involving anyone under 18.
- For mature material, you must notify us in advance so we can review suitability — especially when the actor is a minor.
8. Your content
You keep ownership of the scripts, tapes, and materials you upload. You grant us a limited license to view, store, and reference them solely to deliver the service. We will not share your material with third parties (see Confidentiality Promise).
9. Intellectual property
The site, written guides, worksheets, and other materials produced by Scene to Scene are owned by Scene to Scene and provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Do not resell or redistribute without permission.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee any audition outcome, representation, casting, or career result. Information on the site (including resources, blog posts, and downloads) is general educational content, not legal, financial, medical, immigration, or union advice.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scene to Scene's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits; in those places, our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Scene to Scene from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms, including infringement of someone else's rights in material you upload.
13. Governing law & venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, unless applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date and, where appropriate, sent by email.
